Child-Friendly Dentistry

For a child, a trip to the dentist can be a daunting experience.

Our team understands the importance of helping children feel comfortable.

Not only are we well trained in treating kids of all ages but our office has been specially designed to be child friendly. The reception room includes a children’s play area and each treatment room has a television with cable and DVD player.

Establishing good oral hygiene practices at an early age has life-long benefits.

We encourage parents to follow the recommendation of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry that children visit the dentist no later than their first birthday. In general most children should visit the dentist every six months. The frequency of recall visits, however, should ultimately be based on the needs of each individual child.
